描述：全局禁用所有动画。

如果此属性被设置为true，所有的动画方法立即把元素设置为调用方法时元素的最终状态，而不是显示效果。出于某些原因，这可能是可取的：

  • 在低资源设备中使用jQuery。
  • 用了动画，用户遭遇到了可访问性问题。

把此属性设置为false，动画就可以反转。
